At Heavys, we want you to experience your audio with complete confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, accessories, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
